What this solves
- No paper lists or manual name lookups at the entrance.
- Members add their available digital membership pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet directly from My details.
- When someone has several current roles, they choose exactly which role appears on the pass.
- A sponsor contact who is also a member with a current volunteer role can choose between the sponsor pass and an AWC pass carrying that role.
- Every scan checks the exact pass type, current entitlement and pass version online.
- When a relevant member or sponsor-pass entitlement changes, previously issued QR codes remain revoked; reactivation requires a new pass.

In My details, a member with several current roles first chooses which digital pass to add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. A sponsor contact who also has regular membership and a current role can choose the sponsor pass or an AWC pass carrying that role.
The QR code records the selected pass type. At every scan, Rondo checks online whether that exact entitlement is still active and whether the pass version is current. A relevant change permanently invalidates older QR codes; reactivation does not restore an old code.
