Sponsors deserve the same care as members. In Rondo you manage organisations and personal sponsors, link contacts, issue digital passes and decide which sponsors appear on Club TV.
What this solves
- Manage organisations and personal sponsors as separate types, each with its own sponsor role and status.
- Link contacts to an organisation and decide which sponsor pass each contact can use.
- Rondo Sync can import organisations, contacts and protected logos from Sponsit without overwriting a manually added logo.
- An activated sponsor contact can only add or replace the logo of their own sponsor organisation in My details.
- Club TV only shows active sponsors with a logo set to Sometimes, Often or Always; Do not show keeps them off screen.
- Digital sponsor and Businessclub passes are available for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.

From sponsor record to safe visibility
An organisation can have several contacts; a personal sponsor remains one sponsor record linked to one person. Archiving a sponsor removes the sponsor-pass entitlement without deleting the person profile.
Sponsor contacts can only replace their own organisation’s logo. Club TV then requires an active sponsor, a logo and a Sometimes, Often or Always setting. Rondo limits Always to six active sponsors with logos, keeping the rotation manageable.
