Contact form
When you fill out the contact form on our website, we collect the following data:
- Name (required)
- Email address (required)
- Club name (required)
- Number of members (optional)
- Message (optional)
This data is used exclusively to answer your enquiry and potentially establish a business relationship.
Website visits
We use Plausible Analytics for website visit insights. Plausible is a privacy-friendly alternative to Google Analytics. No cookies are placed, no personal data is collected and all data is processed in aggregate. Plausible complies with the GDPR without requiring consent via a cookie banner.
When using Rondo
If we host Rondo for your club, we naturally also process data of your members. This includes names, contact details and membership information. For this processing we sign a separate data processing agreement with your club, in which the arrangements for handling this data are laid down. This data is of course hosted on European servers.
3. Legal basis
The processing of your data via the contact form is based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): answering your enquiry and maintaining business contact. You can object to this at any time.
4. Retention period
We retain your data as long as a business relationship exists or as long as necessary to handle your enquiry. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
5. Third parties
We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do use the following service providers:
