Resolve duplicate profiles with control
Select several characteristics at once. Rondo only shows records that match every selected characteristic; parent or guardian status is derived from current family relations.
Open a person and find the duplicate profile by name, email address, KNVB ID or profile number. You choose which profile survives. Empty fields and list values are combined automatically, while conflicting values require an explicit choice.
Different stable external IDs or two linked accounts block the action. Relations, shifts, tasks, disciplinary cases, invoices, clothing issues, timeline comments, attachments and a linked account move to the surviving profile. The duplicate goes to the bin with an audit reference.
