What this solves

• New members, address changes and cancellations flow automatically from Sportlink.
• Members and parents activate securely by email through the login form. When a family shares an email address, they first choose the right person; wherever possible, Rondo links a parent or guardian directly to their own profile. They can log in with a one-time email link or a password they set themselves.
• After logging in, users can optionally add the club version to a suitable device through Install app. Rondo does not show an automatic installation pop-up.
• VOG status and reminders are centralized, including follow-up.
• Teams, committees and roles stay organized without scattered spreadsheets.
• In My details, members edit their own email addresses, phone numbers and their household address. A new email address is applied only after verification.
• Parents can edit only the email addresses and phone numbers of their own children under 18; another parent or guardian remains read-only.
• Allowed changes are returned to Sportlink in a controlled flow. Processing can take up to half an hour; the change log keeps each change for 24 months and shows whether it is waiting, synchronized, Rondo-only or needs action.
• Available digital membership passes are ready to add directly to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet from My details. Members can also upload their VOG or IVA certificate there.
• Companies and external contact people get a proper place in your records too.
• Deceased people remain available as historical records through an explicit filter. Their profile is read-only, Rondo no longer uses their contact details for automated communication and they are excluded from volunteer eligibility.
• Your data stays with the club and can be handed over cleanly during board transitions.
