What this solves

Plan the entire season ahead. Self-signup opens separately for each half; as coordinator, you can assign members directly in either half.
Members choose a shift themselves, while the complete sortable signup overview shows who is scheduled where.
Each volunteer can download their own schedule with all non-cancelled shifts as an iCalendar file, with correct times and a link back to Rondo.
The dashboard shows signups, unique volunteers, fill rate, signup trend, task distribution and volunteer-obligation progress per season.
Fill rate is the number of current signups divided by all available slots; upcoming shortages show open slots in the next 30 days.
Official NOC*NSF IVA certificates that Rondo recognizes can be approved automatically. Photos, screenshots, other files and Social Hygiene diplomas are reviewed manually; approved evidence remains valid.
Automatic reminders beforehand, and when someone cancels within the cancellation window, the other volunteers on that shift are notified automatically.

Automatic where possible, reviewed where necessary

Rondo recognizes supported official IVA PDFs from NOC*NSF and VrijwilligerswerkNL. Automatic approval only follows when the name matches the member and the completion date is no more than two years old. An unknown format, different name or older date safely enters manual review.

Photos, screenshots and Social Hygiene diplomas are always checked by an authorized reviewer. They receive one direct review link; after approval, the evidence remains valid without an invented expiry date and the member is notified that bar shifts are available.
